This year, we were honored to receive recognition for our work through several prestigious awards. While we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished, they also fuel our drive to continue improving and delivering even better results for our clients.
- We started the year with 5 prestigious Clutch Awards in Germany, recognizing us as leaders across key areas: Top PPC Company, Top Social Media Marketing Company, Top Digital Strategy Company, Top Inbound Marketing Company, and Top Digital Marketing Company. November brought even more excitement with the addition of the Clutch Global and Clutch Champion Awards.
- In the summer, we celebrated The Manifest Awards, where our clients’ inspiring reviews secured 4 major wins. Thanks to your trust, we became the most-reviewed agency in 4 categories: PPC Company, SEO Company, Social Media Marketing Company, and Digital Marketing Company.
- We were also nominated in the European Paid Media Awards for the Best Integrated Paid Media Campaign for our work with Clearlight Saunas Europe.
To close out a fantastic year, we were honored with 3 European Agency Awards: Digital Marketing Agency of the Year, Best Pan-European Campaign, and Best Marketing Campaign – for our work with long-time partner, SunRoof.
MONSOON’s 5th Birthday
Reflecting on this year, it’s been a whirlwind both professionally and personally – especially with the arrival of my second child, which brought its own set of challenges. The market instability and slower-than-expected growth made 2024 a tough year, but I’m genuinely happy that, despite these hurdles, we continue to move in the right direction. What stands out most to me is the growing independence of our team. Their ability to operate seamlessly without constant oversight has allowed me to step back from day-to-day operations and focus on other projects. It’s a testament to the strength and resilience of our organization.
From the uncertainty of launching an agency to the joy of witnessing our team’s growth, the depth of expertise, creativity, and results that make every day worthwhile – I am truly grateful. A huge thank-you to our incredible team and the clients who have placed their trust in us throughout this journey. This year has been nothing short of remarkable. Not only have we solidified ourselves as a team of exceptional experts, but we’ve also proven our resilience and agility in navigating challenging market conditions. Looking back over the past five years, I am immensely proud of what we’ve accomplished together.

- Even in a cautious market, our client portfolio grew by an impressive 48% YoY.
- To support our agency’s rapid growth, we implemented a structured leadership program by promoting four skilled individuals and providing mentoring, soft skills training, and regular guidance. Over the past year, we have seen these leaders thrive in their roles, contributing significantly to our mission and growth.
- Despite not hitting the assumed growth plan this year, our revenue still has a solid YoY increase.
